From the Desk of the Chief Executive Officer

The world of healthcare is in constant flux. The patients we serve today differ from those we served in the past and those that we will serve in the future. However, one thing remains constant: the realization that we are in the unique business of caring for and improving the quality of the lives of those people we serve. This awareness is the guiding force in every decision we make at Allaire. “Good Care is Good Business,” our company’s mantra, is not a mere slogan. It is the key principle upon which we make decisions and respond to challenges.

Both in my capacity as admissions director and regional administrator in my formative years, and in my current position as CEO , the idea of compromising on the delivery of care has never been an option. All decisions are based on what will best service our patients and residents– from hiring a premier and qualified staff, to ensuring healthy meal options, providing skilled therapy services, offering specialized recreational opportunities, and piloting progressive clinical programs. It is this vision that aides us as we truly Revolutionize Care Delivery. On behalf of the wonderful staff at Allaire, we thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
